How does booking a room work?
We book rooms for three hour events Tuesday through Saturday. If you wish to book an event the first thing we need to know is the date and time you are hoping for and the expected guest count. Emailing this information to email@example.com is the fastest way for us to check if your date is available and find out what food and beverage minimum is required for your choice.
All rooms are booked with a contract. We'll email you a contract confirming your:
-date and time
-food and beverage minimum (usually ranges between $200-$1000 depending on room and date/time)
We require a credit card number to hold the room. There is a $10 nonrefundable booking fee for Friday and Saturday events. This fee will be processed when we receive your contract. Once you send the contract back, the room is booked!
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
All rooms include a smart TV for presentations and slide shows. We include linens and a server. You are welcome to decorate your room 30 minute prior to your event as long as you take down all decorations at the end of the 3 hour event time.
FOOD OPTIONS FOR EVENTS:
We have three food options for event rooms. Groups under 20 guests can order from our regular menu (click here to view). Groups over 20 guests can select our limited menu (Cobb Salad, Street Tacos, Fish & Chips, Firehouse Pasta, Cowboy Burger with Fries) or choose from our many appetizer and lunch/dinner buffet choices. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT REACH MY FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM?:
Any unmet minimum will be charged as a room fee. The total amount of the bill is due at the end of the event, and we accept all major credit cards and cash as payment.
We can do open bar, open bar with separate checks, beer & wine only, drink tickets, or $7 flat fee drink tickets with a $7 menu (includes FHGB & domestic drafts, house wine, well drinks). Just give is instructions on how you wish drinks to be handled.
NEED TO CANCEL?:
You can cancel a reservation up to 1 week before your event. You will only be out the $10 nonrefundable booking fee (applies to Friday & Saturday events after 4pm only). Cancellations that occur within 7-4 days prior to your event will be charged 50% of the food and beverage minimum. Within 3 days of your event, there will be a 100% charge of the food and beverage minimum.
We do not permit outside food to be brought in to our restaurant. The only exception is a cake. It must be prepared at a bakery, not homemade. We charge a $20 cake fee. This fee is for cake cutting, dishes/forks, and cleanup.
We are open 11:30am-10pm weekdays and 4pm-11pm on Saturday. We are not open for Saturday events before 4pm or Sunday or Monday events.
